Two models, as set in the contract.
- MODEL 01PreservationCollection and preservation with integrity verification and a preservation report, to secure the evidence now.
- MODEL 02Preservation + AnalysisThe full workflow, with a technical report or opinion that answers the expert questions. A change of option is formalized by contract amendment.
What people usually ask us.
Is a screenshot valid evidence?
A screenshot alone is easy to challenge. Preservation with method, verified integrity and chain of custody gives the content support.
Can you tell whether an audio or video is fake?
The authenticity examination points out what the artifacts show and the limitations. An automated tool provides an indication, not a conclusion.
Do I have to decide now whether I want the analysis?
No. Preservation secures the evidence; the analysis can come later, by amendment.
Do you replace the attorney?
No. forense.io works in the technical field; legal theory, strategy and filings are the attorney's.
Does the forensic report decide the case?
No. Defensible in court describes the method and documentation; the outcome of the case does not depend on the evidence alone.
